The Jurney Of A Drop Of Water Final Draft

There was once a little drop of water called Marie Antoinette. She was the Queen of all the drops of water, she was beautiful, and lived in the Eye Crystal Palace. She was not much of a sports drop, but one day a bad drop of water called Irnia, who lived on the other side of town, challenged her. “If you do the water cycle process by yourself, you can stay on your clean side of town, but if you loose you will go to my dirty side of the town.” Marie Antoinette did not know what to answer, so she consulted her friend Judy. Judy told her that she should do it, so that Irnia would stop bothering the drops from the clean side of the town. An hour went by and Marie Antoinette told the guards to bring Irnia in so that she could talk to her. “Ok Irnia, it’s a deal, I will go to the river tomorrow morning,” Marie told her, delicately moving her hand in front of her nose, because of the smell of the sewer pipes that Irnia had.

The next morning Marie Antoinette went to the Lulu River. She had a whole escort of guards and a little bag with some water purification chemicals (Chlorine). Then she got into a dingy boat that would take her to the middle of the river, where the evaporation process was quicker. She was almost there, when a massive wave of sewer pipe water came, and flushed them away. “HOLY COW!” she screamed with all her breath, she took a little Chlorine Zip Locks from her bag, and washed a bit the dingy boat. All the water around her turned a bit to the normal water color because of the chlorine inside her boat, but after five minutes the smell was really bad, she took a gas mask from her “little” bag, and rowed happily to the center on the river. She was the third in the line for the evaporation process. While she waited she was reading an article that was about humans, and how they treated the environment. It was a really interesting article, and now she understood why Irnia’s side of town was so polluted; she had picked the side of town on which the landfill was, so everything the humans used went there.

Her turn on the evaporation process came, it was really hot out there. She was going to call Judy, because she wanted a reservation in the Cloud Hotel, where she would sleep and start with the rain tomorrow morning. “Judy please tell the hotel that I need a big room, and I need a new pot of Chlorine.” Said Marie. Judy said “OK” and the hung up the phone. When Marie was already dehydrated she had arrived to the main plaza of the clouds, where she would be taken to the hotel. Immediately she got into a cab, and asked the driver to take her to the hotel. When she arrived to the hotel, she asked the receptionist if a drop called Judy had reserved her a room, the receptionist said “yes” and led her to her room. Marie Antoinette noticed that on the walls there were posters that said: Why do humans use Fertilizers? Why do humans throw away Hazardous Waste where they should not? What is sediment? Why do Human Waste and Sewage hurt drops of water? There was a last poster that said: If you want to learn all of the answers to the questions above, come to room 405. Without thinking it twice she went to room 405; she knocked the door, and a tall thin drop of water opened the door and told her to sit down. “What would you like to learn My Lady?” the thin man asked. “I would like to know about the human waste and sewage.”

The man answered the question, telling her that Human Waste and Sewage were dangerous, because when humans went to the bathroom, or took a shower, the water went to the sewage pipes, and it contained soap, detergents, and waste, and that was why it polluted so much, and that on many countries they could not clean water in a proper way. Marie was happy about the answer and left the room. The next morning Judy called, and asked her if she had spent a good night. Marie Antoinette answered her a really happy “YES”. She checked out of the hotel, and a cab took her to the cloud that was almost going to start raining. Marie gave him the money and a big tip, and went walking up the stairs. When she arrived to the top of the stairs she was the only one in the line, so she waited patiently, and remembered what the thin drop had told her about sewage pipes. Thirty minutes went by and it was when the cloud started to rain, when she was falling to a dingy boat the waited down on the Lulu river again, she decided, that when she arrived home, she would make a new law. To come down with the rain took like 10 minutes, it was a long way down, so she thought about her new law, and what should it be. While she was rowing she had the best law in the world. It would be about the drops of water helping the humans conserve the environment.

When she arrived to the palace, Judy was already waiting her on the entrance. “Judy, I have discovered a way for helping the humans conserve the environment, and we can help the drops that live on the other side of town.” “How?” Judy asked. “It’s easy we can give every drop of water a little bag of Chlorine, and a little bag for trash every day, so when they are on the street or walking or whatever, they pick up all the trash they find and then we can ask the scientific drops, so that they discover a way of getting rid of trash without us polluting.” “Great idea Marie.” The day after Marie Antoinette arrived home some messengers went to the plaza from town, and told every drop of water to go and pick up the bags they needed. After that day all sides of town were clean and all lived happy.

Some months after Marie Antoinette declared that drops should conserve water, so that would also help the humans. Everyone lived happily ever after.
